Teachers are allocated as and when the sessions are booked. If you are a returning customer you can request the same teacher but this will depend on their availability.

Classes are run regularly every day, 7 days a week so you can book your kids to join a class at the set times or you can request a one-to-one session with one of our many teachers

The teachers are here to help improve your child's English, Maths and Science subjects. The classes will support their school curriculum and prepare them for their exams. There are special classes for the preparation of SATS tests throughout the year.

The minimum time that can be booked with a teacher is 1 hour for a teaching session. The initial assessment of your child starting at the tuition centre may take longer before a program is put together for you.

If for some reason you miss your sessions due to sickness or bereavement; please speak to the Head so that you can come to an arrangement on catching up and progressing your child to completion

Your child will generally have the same teacher for his or her classes but occasionally we may have to move teachers around classes in case of sickness or holiday cover. One to one sessions are held with the same teacher
